Safa Nicu was founded in 1993 with the objective of development and progress of the electrical industry. The company started its activities with the execution of energy transmission and distribution projects and the designing of the control and protection systems of several industrial complexes of the country.

With successful construction of several high voltage substations for the ministry of energy and its subsidiary organizations, this company has been awarded by the ministry of energy for the execution of 400KV high voltage substations. This company holds the grade 1 awarded by the management and planning organization of the country for the execution of electrical projects in energy transmission and distribution.

Now Safa Nicu has 200 permanent personnel working in its various units in Abu dhabi, Jebel Ali, Isfahan, Tehran and Syria Office and others. More than 80% of the permanent personnel of the company are engineers.


Safa Nicu Departments:

- Engineering Department:
The engineering department was formed with experienced engineers. With applying the design and computational softwares and in compliance with the international standards, this department has managed to render services to projects and customers. This department comprises substations, power plants, transmission lines, civil, computing, structures, DCS and PLC systems design section.
Among the honors achieved by this department is presenting the optimum plans to meet the customers demands with the minimum dead line as approves by the consultants. This department has always set as its highest priority the application of advanced equipment and presentation of the most reliable plans.

- Commercial Department:
This department was formed in order to procure parts and equipment required for projects within the minimum possible time. This department has taken measures to identify and communicate with the associated companies and manufacturers throughout the world to create a strong data bank.
This department works to get the best prices with the highest quality in procuring parts and equipments with establishing bona fide and sincere relations. The commercial department has manage to establish the closest relations and cooperation with mutual commercial trust and understanding with associated companies, manufacturers and clients after years of activity, leading to the constant promotion of the prestige of the company and expansion of domestic and overseas mutual relations.

- Financial Department:
The financial department is active with benefiting and providing banking and financing facilities for the promotion of the objectives of the company, on one hand, and by collecting and controlling information towards optimizing the performance of the organizational units, on the other hand.
In addition to the promotion of the predetermined organizational objectives, this department is responsible for the analysis of information and preparation of managerial reports of inside and outside the organization.

- Planning and Project Control Department:
This department was formed with experienced managerial specialists to apply the science of management, tools and techniques toward the realization of the objectives of the projects. This department aims to plan and control the projects with a definite time schedule and within the predetermined costs for a specified quality. In this regard, the department has experience in the feasibility study and planning for the national and supranational projects.

- Quality Management Department:
This department has been organized on the basis of the strategy of promotion of customer's satisfaction within the requirement of the (ISO 9001-2000) standard towards the quality services. With enjoying the specialized staffs, software and hardware facilities and required techniques, this department has paved the way for the constant improvement and efficiency of the quality management system by applying the managerial policy, objective and review.

- Executive Department:
The executive department has a dynamic role in relation with the engineering, commercial, planning and project control departments, on one hand, and in relation with the clients and consultants, on the other hand. Backed up with experienced managers, this department works in the execution of projects with the fulfillment of its obligations within the terms of contract and in compliance with the highest quality level standards. The executive department has numerous executive groups with bright and outstanding background in the field of erection and commissioning of projects, construction operations and supporting groups for rendering the guarantee and after guarantee services for assuring and supporting the customers with the aim of attracting the customer's satisfaction.
